In practice we could use this during client presentations. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see if I could level-up my Zoom game.
We also used Zoom to celebrate Final Fridays with the outstanding gameĪdd in the time spent video calling family and friends in the evening and I'm spending about 8 hours a day on Zoom to navigate this pandemic. But it is nice to be able to see other humans, and have a quick way to ask them questions. We also maintain watercooler Zoom rooms where folks can drop in and hang out. We immediately implemented daily status calls as a way to check in and see each other. Back at home, we have been relying heavily on video conferencing (via Zoom) to stay in touch with the rest of the team, to pair program, and to meet with clients.
